The unique, 3 letter identifier for a Faction.
A faction is one of the "playable" entities in the game.
A SubFaction is a non-playing Faction that is assigned to a "Playable" faction for that scenario.
Factions must be defined. Existing defined Factions for a game are found in the \GameData\Factions files.
