Syntax   

EvalIsAtWarWith = <Faction tag>

Description

Test if the currently section faction is at war with <Faction tag> faction.

Parameters

<Faction tag>

Valid FactionTag

If CMN specified, the test is made vs. all factions. i.e the test will be true if the nation is at war with at least one country.
