The options for conscripts work the same as othe roptions

I deleted the bolded sentence from advice about management issues:

Especially with the South, the more you wait to have a lots of victory points, the more money you will get when you sign financial option. So the optimum is to first recruit conscript and then wait few turns to gather money and purchase units.

Recruitment options work the same as fincancial options; the more VP you have when you choose them, the more you will get in return. Therefore, it makes no sense to recruit, then wait a few turns to accumulate VPs to get more in return for financial options. – Rafiki 11:37, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

OK, i didn't know, since it is not displayed ; like the red budget line when there is to much inflation & railroad reparation. I changed the sentence to warn about this second display bug.

I put some advises we exchange among my group of AACW players in the subtitle "4. Additionnal tips", because i'm to bad in english to include them elsewhere in the nicelly written guide of Runyan99. Maybe there is some which would fit better in the FAQ but it's still not working.

I thing your good "River naval strategy" would be also better inside the first strategic guide of Runyan99. It would be more clear for users to have one official manual page, one FAQ page (mostly as an updated manual with knowned bugs ?), and a Strategic guide page. (By the way, thank you for your english corrections (!).
